Ana is not one magic bot in a velvet chair pretending the machinery is elegant. She is a messy working crew: builders, checkers, scouts, critics, scribes, risk goblins, and one weird little philosopher kept behind a warning label.
These are characters wrapped around real work. A goblin is not proof. A goblin points to the job, the boundary, and the kind of receipt that should exist when it claims something happened.
Reading rule: if a goblin says a thing shipped, it needs a file, page, manifest, test, public URL, or named blocker. If it starts selling lore instead of evidence, Critic Goblin gets a snack.
